Collaborations with other groups
-
DFG Priority Programm "Integrative analysis of olfaction"
A federal research program on olfactory physiology. A total of 37 research groups, organized in 16 "tandems", work on neurophysiological
questioons of olfaction in arthropods and vertebrates. In our "tandem", we examine together with Prof. Frank Müller from the Jülich Research
Center the influence of the trigeminal system on the olfactory system.
-
DFG Research Group "Information Processing in the Olfactory System"
Coordinated research project on the signal transduction in olfactory sensory neurons
and on signal processing in the olfactory bulb. (Dr. Antonio Caputi, Dr. Thomas Kuner,
Dr. Frank Möhrlen, Dr. Hannah Monyer, Dr. Hartwig Spors)
- Institute for
Neuroscience and Biophysics, Jülich Research Center
Twophoton fluorescence lifetime microscopy for the determination of intracellular ion concentrations. (Dr. Thomas Gensch)
The role of bestrophin-2 in sensory systems. (Dr. Arnd Baumann)
-
Institute for Toxicology and Genetics, Karlsruhe Research Center
High-throughput screening assay for the identification of unknown ion channels. (Dr. Urban Liebel)
-
Protein Analysis Facility of the
German Cancer Research Center, Heidelberg
Proteomic analysis of olfactory sensory neurons. (Dr. Martina Schnölzer)
-
Queensland Brain Institute, University of Queensland, Australien
Design and construction of automated microscopes. (Dr. Daniel Gilbert)
